Day 1
Journey through breathtaking landscapes on your way to Dong Van Town. You will be stopping to explore Heaven Gate, the Hmong King’s Palace, and immersing yourself in the rich rural life along the way.
Day 2
Experience the awe-inspiring Ma Pi Leng Pass and soak in the tranquil views of the Nho Que River. Hike the Sky Path for stunning views, enjoy a scenic lunch in Meo Vac, and spend the night in the
charming village of Du Gia.
Day 3
Travel 200 km from Du Gia,
passing through the famous 14 Passes and reaching the charming town of Bao Lac. Along the way, stop at Lenin Stream, a peaceful spot surrounded by lush scenery, and the historic Pac Bo Cave. The journey for the day ends at Ha Quang, Cao Bang.
Day 4
This journey begins in Ha Quang and on to Tra Linh, moving through the scenic villages of Phong Nam and Trung Khanh.
Experience the awe-inspiring beauty of Ban Gioc Waterfall, one of Vietnam’s natural
treasures. Conclude the day with a cozy homestay night near the falls, immersing yourself in local hospitality.
Day 5
This route explores the wonders of Nguom Ngao Cave and the serene Ban Viet Lake, offering a glimpse of Vietnam’s diverse landscapes. Following breakfast, we depart from Dong Van Town toward the famous Ma Pi Leng Pass, known for its towering cliffs and breathtaking views. At 2,000 meters, it’s often called the “king of Vietnam’s passes.” We’ll hike the Sky Path for more impressive views of the valley and Nho Que River.
After soaking in the scenery, we pass through Meo Vac, Mau Due, and Lung Ho, stopping for lunch. In the afternoon, we arrive at Du Gia Homestay, nestled in lush rice fields.
Once settled in, we’ll visit a nearby waterfall, where you can swim—or for the brave, take a jump! The day wraps up with a local dinner, karaoke, dancing, and plenty of “Happy Water” to enjoy and bond with the locals and our Easy Riders.

Once you have been collected from your chosen pick up location, you will be driven to Cozy Hotel (No. 16 Đại Lộ Hữu Nghị Street) in Ha Giang town. This is where the loop will start and finish.
I have dietary requirements (i.e. vegan), can you accommodate for this?
Yes, dietary preferences like vegan or vegetarian can be accommodated if notified in advance. Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, we strongly recommended to have your own travel insurance covering motorbike activities, as well as against illness, injury, loss/damage to personal belongings and not being able to travel on confirmed departure dates.

Can I drive by myself?
Yes, you must have a valid driving licence and international driving permit (IDP).
If you cannot provide these, don’t panic! You can still do the Ha Giang Loop as we have our Easy Riders to accompany you.
